Exceptional position overlooking the tea plantations of Munnar. Food good and room service - Thank you KAMAL - excellent. A modern hotel and the reception staff were particularly friendly and useful. I had a difficulty with mislaid luggage at the airport and was grateful for telephone help.

Visiting from out of the country, I had a wonderful experience at the Fragrant nature hotel inMunnar. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in the views from my hotel room were absolutely stunning. I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, friendly room, service and wonderful spa services. The hotel is surrounded by gardens and offers. Nature walks and other activities. My hotel room was spacious with plenty of amenities, the bed was comfortable. This was a great location to explore the area from and I would recommend anyone to stay here if visiting Munar.

An excellent hotel with the most wonderful views! My family and I stayed here for 2 nights in early April and loved every minute. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We are at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. We cannot wait to come back.

Very good facility. Well trained staff. Would like to acknowledge special thanks to Aquib for guiding us in the restaurant for menu. Their culinary team is excellent. Services are too good. Worth visiting again. From the room you will get the serene view of mountain. Room hygiene was good too.

We had a fantastic experience on our most recent trip. Dr Reju and his team at the spa offered a wide range of treatments which were carried out professionally leaving my friends and I feeling rejuvenated! Would recommend and hope to return soon! The food at the hotel was also of a very high standard with a range of Keralan and world cuisine being offered. Again, excellent service from the servers / waiting staff.
